- We ship throughout Brazil with the help of renowned carriers, such as Correios and private carriers.
- The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery address provided.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the type of shipping chosen. See the estimated delivery times:
- Capitals and large cities: Between 5 to 7 working days.
- Inland and more distant areas: 7 to 12 working days.
- We emphasize that these deadlines are estimates and may be changed by external factors, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances of the carriers.

4. Shipment Tracking:
- After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track the progress of the delivery. This way, you will know exactly when your order will arrive at your door, with total transparency and security.

Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

At Dreamshine, we believe that your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason you need to make an exchange, return or request a refund, our team is ready to make the entire process as brilliant as your shopping experience.

1. Exchange:
- We accept exchanges within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, if you are not completely satisfied.
- The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with original label and packaging.
- You can exchange it for another product of the same or higher value, paying the difference if necessary.
- If the chosen item is not available in stock, you can choose another product or request a refund.

2. Return:
- We offer returns within 7 calendar days after receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, in cases of defects or dissatisfaction with the product.
- The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with the packaging and label intact.
- For returns due to factory defects, shipping costs will be at our expense. For returns due to dissatisfaction, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Refund:
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund period may vary, but is usually made within 15 business days, depending on your card administrator or bank.
