TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Pass, you fully agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all conventions and gatherings organized by Dreamshine Entertainment. We recommend carefully reviewing these terms before completing your purchase.

2. Tickets and Event Access

  • Ticket Requirement: A valid pass is mandatory to access the event and participate in any additional activities.

  • Individual Activities: Purchasing individual activities without a valid pass is strictly prohibited.

  • Personalized Tickets: Attendee names must be provided at the time of purchase. Once registered, tickets become personal and non-transferable.

  • Event Access: Tickets must be scanned to issue the access credential/wristband. A photo ID may be required at certain events.

  • Wristband Use: The credential/wristband must be worn at all times during the event and presented to staff upon request. Failure to comply may result in denied entry.

3. Tickets and Refunds

  • Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of rescheduling, tickets will be valid for the new dates. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund, except in cases of force majeure. Guest cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

  • Date and Location Changes: Dreamshine Entertainment reserves the right to change the date and venue of the event. If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend, you are entitled to a refund.

  • Participant Cancellation: No refund will be issued if you cancel your participation.

  • Guest Cancellation: Guests are contractually scheduled, but they may cancel due to professional or personal reasons. No refunds will be issued in case of guest cancellation. We will do our best to replace the guest with a new one. Any extras purchased will automatically transfer to the new guest. Participation should not rely solely on the presence of a specific guest, as cancellations do not result in refunds.

  • If a previously confirmed actor cancels a specific activity, the event will continue with the remaining actor(s), and the schedule will proceed as planned.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or shorten activities in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure to ensure the safety and quality of the event.

  • Ticket refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled. If a refund is offered by our team, the participant must leave the event for the process to take place. Participation in the activity voids the right to a refund.

4. Minors

It is important to note that accompanying adults must also purchase a pass. We do not offer special rates for parents attending solely to accompany their children.

  • Under 10 years old: Not allowed at the event.

  • Ages 10 to 14: Must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Tickets do not need to be part of the same package, but sector distances should be considered.

  • Ages 15 to 16: Must present a notarized authorization from a legal guardian. More information is available on our parental consent page.

  • Ages 17 and up: Free access to the event.

5. Seating Distribution

Seats are not numbered, except for VIP tickets and attendees with disabilities. For special needs requests, contact: contato@dreamshine.com.br

6. Expenses

All travel and accommodation costs are the participant’s responsibility. Dreamshine Entertainment is not liable for any reimbursements related to rescheduling or cancellations.

7. Discounts

Dreamshine reserves the right to offer discounts based on internal policies and promotional strategies. These may be available for specific occasions or limited periods at the organization’s discretion.

8. Image Rights

By attending a Dreamshine Entertainment event, you grant permission for your image to be used in photos or videos for promotional purposes.

9. Recordings/Photography at the Event

  • Prohibited: Taking photos or videos of the guests is strictly forbidden, except during the SELFIE activity, where personal cell phones are allowed.

  • Panels: Photos and videos are allowed without flash.

Participants who do not follow these rules may be removed from the event with no right to a refund.

10. Autographs

Autographs consist of the actor’s signature on an official poster provided by Dreamshine. Posters may be handed directly by the actor or the event staff.

11. Force Majeure

Dreamshine Entertainment is not responsible for obligations not fulfilled due to force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, a credit for future events may be offered.

12. Gifts

Gifts may only be given during meeting sessions. They are not allowed during panels, photo sessions, or autograph sessions. If you are unable to attend the meeting session, you may deliver your gift at the event entrance to a Dreamshine staff member, who will ensure its delivery.

13. Event Information

  • Schedule: The detailed program will be sent the week of the convention and shared on our social media. Please note that the schedule is subject to change.

  • Belongings: Dreamshine Entertainment is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. We recommend taking necessary precautions to secure your belongings.

  • No Show: Dreamshine is not liable if a participant misses their scheduled autograph, photo, selfie, or meeting session.

14. Code of Conduct

  • Behavior: All participants are expected to act respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and guests. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

  • Prohibited Items: Weapons (including replicas), sharp objects, and flammable materials are prohibited.

  • Alcohol and Substances: Alcoholic beverages and illegal substances are not allowed. Anyone under the influence may be removed from the venue.

16. Late Arrivals

Participants arriving late to the event or specific activities may still be allowed entry with a valid pass. However, no refund or compensation will be offered for missed activities due to lateness.

17. Updates and Notifications

  • Official Communications: All updates will be sent via email or published on our social media. Ensure you provide a valid email address at the time of purchase.

  • Schedule Changes: If significant changes occur, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

18. Health and Safety Policy

  • Medical Emergencies: A first aid team will be on-site. Please notify staff immediately if assistance is needed.

  • Contagious Illnesses: We ask that participants showing symptoms of contagious diseases refrain from attending to protect others.

19. Compliance

Dreamshine Entertainment reserves the right to make changes to the event due to unforeseen circumstances. The schedule is subject to modification, and Dreamshine is not liable for such changes or for technical issues on the website.
